Psychotherapy and Supervision
I am an experienced and ground psychoanalytic psychotherapist and group analyst. With many years of experience in private practice, and the NHS. I have published and presented my work internationally. I work face to face and online via Zoom I aim to respond quickly to new enquiries and can usually offer an appointment within a week. If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, struggling with difficult thoughts and feelings, or have a personal relationship or family problems I can assist.
My specialities include helping with depression, anxiety states, sexual and relationship difficulties, alcohol and drug problems, the impact of trauma and abuse, eating problems and addictions, personal identity, sexuality, difference and diversity, bereavement, loss, abuse, generalised anxiety, depression, issues of self-esteem, relationship challenges, work-related anxiety, stress and depression. This involves us working together to try to understand the particular meaning of one’s difficulties and troubling feelings and how and why such distressing experiences have occurred at this point in life.
Such understandings often help people feel less troubled and ‘stuck’, for example with depression, anxiety or traumatic experiences, As well as my private practice with individuals and groups, I am a psychotherapy supervisor, consultant and senior academic. I offer clinical supervision and consultancy to organisations and professionals working in the field of psychotherapy.
I trained at the Tavistock Clinic, The Institute of Group Analysis and The Guild of Psychotherapists.
I have provided psychotherapy supervision in a wide variety of therapeutic environments, including hospitals, clinics and private practice. I teach clinical supervision in the UK. I also offer clinical supervision face to face and online via Skype and Zoom.

I am an experienced executive coach and organizational consultant. I support organization on team processes. Conflict, change management and transformation, and the impact of the international global market to enable performance and outputs. As an executive coach, I am role analysis that is highly contextualized in contemporary and complex environments.
Executive coaching can shape and evolve lives and careers to pioneer new pathways and unlock potential, forging access for all. I offer one to one, online or collaborative coaching with flexibility and malleable motivation. Drawing from my existing career and qualifications I bring a human-centric approach to put people at ease. Guided by purpose I work to inspire and produce opportunities to create individual or group impact. I utilize a unique framework that will deliver the solutions needed in the minimum time necessary.
