I am a highly Experienced Organisational Consultant  and Executive Coach, trained at Tavistock Clinic In London (MA -Consultation and the Organisation), using my insights into human behaviour and organisational dynamics to influence change and transformation in individuals, roles, groups, and organisations. With a proven track record of engaging employees and supporting organisational transformation to build high performing, sustainable, agile, and decolonised cultures that are responsive to environmental demands and diverse work forces and markets.with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry and Social and Clinical Services. Skilled in Organisational Consultancy, Team building, Coaching, Crisis Intervention, Clinical Supervision, Psychological Assessment, and Executive Coaching.

I support organizations on team processes, conflict, change management and transformation, and the impact of the international global market to enable performance and outputs. As an executive coach, I provide role analysis that is highly contextualized in contemporary and complex environments.

Executive coaching can shape and evolve lives and careers to pioneer new pathways and unlock potential, forging access for all. I offer one to one, online or collaborative coaching with flexibility and malleable motivation. Drawing from my existing career and qualifications I bring a human-centric approach to put people at ease. Guided by purpose I work to inspire and produce opportunities to create individual or group impact. I utilize a unique framework that will deliver the solutions needed in the minimum time necessary.

 

With a grounded approach built on a strong foundation of both coaching and consulting across various sectors, as well as experience working in a senior role within the public, voluntary and academic sectors. The work involves creating significant value through aligning strategy and embedding a values-driven culture. Building collaborative partnerships where diverse stakeholders work creatively together, grappling and making sense of complex issues, to effectively listen and know when and how to act, particularly during times of conflict and transition.

 

Passionate and committed to empowering diverse and marginalised communities to fulfil their greatest potential through my decolonising approach based on Coaching for Social Change to raise awareness of issues around power, privilege, and identity to mobilise greater cohesion and inclusion. Bringing a wide range of qualities and skills to my coaching practice. The Tavistock training in organisational consultancy and my other trainings as a psychotherapist and group analyst enables me to understand and navigate complex, inter -personal dynamics within organizations and provide the framework and the basis to allow clients to do so.

 

This is built on an understanding of anti-oppressive practice, particularly in terms of decolonization, group formation, and psychological personal development. An empathetic approach to enable work practices to developing oppressive environment that is congruent and consistent with organizational, and role aims and tasks. My own personal psychotherapy and analysis over the years has enabled me to develop a very significant level of self-awareness in terms of what I bring to relationships and organizations. I am able manage team dynamics, dynamics, conflict resolution, and very complex communicational challenges in a modern, multicultural environment. I use my skills to become a catalyst and operate and communicate across different levels of the organization in terms of hierarchy.

 

I am very skilled at engaging with critical incidents. I provide a professional, consistent, and transparent approach to my coaching practice with a clear commitment to ethics, integrity, and confidentiality. This provides places of safety that enables the client to explore complex and difficult interpersonal and interpsychic dynamics that are affecting their work role and the environment. This enables them to think about difficult decisions for themselves and their organization. I provide a credible and reliable container in which to enable the client to reflect on work practices and processes. I align personal development with corporate goals, ensuring that both the individual and the organization benefit from the coaching engagement.
